About Montana Mobile Document Shredding

Montana Mobile Document Shredding is a document destruction service. Instead of asking you to haul boxes of records across town, we bring a self-contained shredding truck to your office, clinic, warehouse or home and destroy your confidential materials on site, where you can watch it happen.

Mobile service and walk-in shredding

Most jobs are handled at the customer’s location, which keeps your records in sight from the moment they leave the cabinet to the moment they are shredded. For smaller loads, our walk-in shred center at 2123 2nd Avenue North in Billings is open Tuesday and Thursday, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

How we work

We furnish locking security containers to hold your material until shred day.
We shred on site, inside our truck, on a schedule that fits you.
We remove the shredded waste, so there is nothing left to bag or clean up.
We issue a certificate of destruction for your records.

We are licensed and fully insured, estimates are always free, and no job is too small.
